YENGIL ATLETIKA MASHG‘ULOTLARI ASOSIDA BOSHLANG‘ICH SINF O‘QUVCHILARINING HARAKAT FAOLLIGI, JISMONIY TAYYORGARLIGI VA ANTROPOMETRIK XUSUSIYATLARINI BAHOLASH
Annotatsiya
Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi yengil atletika bilan shug‘ullanuvchi boshlang‘ich va o‘rta sinf yoshidagi o‘g‘il va qiz o‘quvchilarning harakat faolligi, jismoniy tayyorgarligi hamda performans bilan bog‘liq ayrim antropometrik xususiyatlarini yosh va jins omillari asosida aniqlash va baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot doirasida sportchi-o‘quvchilarning antropometrik xususiyatlarini aniqlash maqsadida bo‘y uzunligi, tana vazni, teri osti yog‘ qatlamlari (skinfold), tana diametrlari, aylana o‘lchovlari va uzunlik ko‘rsatkichlarini o‘z ichiga olgan jami 17 ta antropometrik o‘lchov amalga oshirildi hamda somatotip ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlandi. Jismoniy tayyorgarlik va performans bilan bog‘liq sifatlarni baholashda 30 metrga yugurish, o‘tirib–uzanib bukilish, 1 daqiqalik qorinni bukish mashqi, 1 kg og‘irlikdagi tibbiy to‘pni uloqtirish, joyidan uzunlikka sakrash, vertikal sakrash, o‘ng va chap qo‘l kaft kuchi hamda 1 milga yugurish testlari qo‘llanildi. Yosh va jins guruhlari o‘rtasidagi farqlarni aniqlashda One-Way ANOVA va Tukey post-hoc tahlil usullaridan foydalanildi.
The aim of this study was to identify and evaluate the levels of physical activity, physical fitness, and selected performance-related anthropometric characteristics of primary and lower secondary school boys and girls engaged in athletics, considering age and gender factors. Within the scope of the research, a total of 17 anthropometric measurements were conducted to determine the athletes’ physical characteristics, including body height, body mass, skinfold thickness, body diameters, circumferences, and length measurements, and somatotype components were also assessed. To evaluate physical fitness and performance-related qualities, the following tests were applied: 30-meter sprint, sit-and-reach flexibility test, 1-minute sit-up test, 1 kg medicine ball throw, standing long jump, vertical jump, right and left handgrip strength, and the 1-mile run test. Differences between age and gender groups were analyzed using One-Way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc analysis.
