TA’LIM TIZIMIDA FALSAFA FANINI O‘QITISHDA O‘QITUVCHINING KASBIY PEDAGOGIK KOMPETENSIYALARINI RIVOJLANTIRISHNING ILMIY-METODIK ASOSLARI

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimida falsafa fanini o‘qitishda o‘qituvchining kasbiy pedagogik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning ilmiy-metodik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida o‘qituvchining ilmiy-nazariy, metodik, kommunikativ va refleksiv kompetensiyalarining ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida falsafa fanini o‘qitish jarayonini takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijada, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar va interfaol metodlardan foydalanish talabalarda falsafiy tafakkurni rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab berildi.

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations for developing professional and pedagogical competencies of teachers in teaching philosophy within the higher education system. The study examines the impact of teachers’ scientific-theoretical, methodological,communicative, and reflective competencies on the effectiveness of the educational process. It also explores the possibilities of improving the teaching of philosophy based on the competency-based approach. As a result, it is substantiated that the use of modern pedagogical technologies and interactive methods contributes to the development of students’ philosophical thinking.
